Honey and Mustard Salmon

This quick and easy salmon dish is delicious and good for you.  


2 skinless salmon fillets

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 level tsp clear honey

1 level tsp mustard powder

Juice of 1 lime

1 tsp dried red chilli flakes

Medium egg noodles

Fresh spinach



  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the soy sauce, lime juice, mustard, honey and chilli.  Add the salmon and toss to coat well.  
  2. Fry the salmon on 2 minutes either side on a medium-high heat.  
  3. Meanwhile, add spinach to a frying pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until just wilted and simmer some medium egg noodles for 3-4 minutes in a pan of boiling water.  
  4. Serve the salmon on a bed of noodles and spinach.
